Law in Contemporary Society

My name is Andrew. I enjoy football. I study paleontology as a hobby - my favorite ancient animal is the labyrinthodont. It's a big amphibian.

I wanted to work in a profession that was fulfilling and that would allow me to support a family. I decided I wanted to go to grad school to get my doctorate in history. During my sophomore year I went to my favorite professor for some advice. I told him my plans. "There are dozens of people who wanted the job I had now," I remember him saying. "I'm lucky. Try law school." I asked the one attorney I knew if his life was fulfilling. He said that it was, explained what he did, and I came to law school.
