Rather than a second essay assignment, we will conclude the work of the seminar with an extended series of tech projects, focusing on secure and anonymous use of your existing computing devices. We will begin with learning how to acquire, install, and use the Tails operating system, in Tech Project 3, below. You should complete Project 3 no later than April 26.
